Furniture & Fixtures for Hospitality and Retail
Furniture and display fixtures shape the way people encounter a place: where they pause, what they see and how they move between a display and a conversation. I’m develops these elements for retail, commercial and hospitality settings, with documented furniture and display work in jewellery and clothing stores.
The studio archive includes HSJ jewellery stores in Moradabad and Lucknow, Heritage in Delhi, The Good Suit Co in Chandigarh, Shakuntalam and L’Affaire. Each project has its own palette and display language. The archive retains the original photographs and project accounts, allowing the furniture and fixtures to be understood in their setting.
At HSJ Lucknow, the account describes tufted island sofas, mixed metals and stone, and display walls. Heritage brings together weathered wood, rustic metals, a reclaimed-wood counter and copper lighting. These examples show how seating, counters and displays can share a material language while serving different practical purposes.
A fixture needs to respond to what it holds and how it is approached. For an initial discussion, useful information includes the type of merchandise or use, dimensions of the setting, circulation requirements and any existing material direction. Plans and references from the project’s design team help connect the brief to the wider space.
For hospitality and workplace enquiries, contact the studio with the proposed furniture or fixture scope. The published projects here demonstrate specific retail commissions; they are not a claim of sole architectural authorship of the complete spaces. We welcome conversations with architects and independent practices about furniture and display requirements.
